External Controller Development Concept - 2025
1) For commercial or industrial use, due to prolonged usage, complex water environments, and non-fixed personnel, the built-in controller may be damaged. Considering ease of maintenance, a brushless motor with an external controller is chosen. For repairs, only the external controller needs to be returned for inspection or replacement.

2) If the 48V controller employs PWM control components, the circuit board size will be large, making it impossible to integrate into the motor. The PWM controller can only be adapted to an external box with cooling housing.

3) 12V and 24V brushless motors come with built-in voltage signal or PWM signal controllers, or an optional external controller. 48V brushless motors have built-in voltage signal controllers. For a 48V brushless motor to be controlled by PWM signals, it is only compatible with an external PWM controller.

4) The external controller allows easy switching between manual and remote control, enabling customers to interchange analog voltage (manual) or PWM (remote) without disassembling the motor to replace the controller circuit board.
